6 Ways to Complement a Seafront View – Interior Design Tips

There’s nothing quite like an ocean view. You’ve worked hard for this seaside escape, and now it’s time to design your space in a way that not only lets you relax but also highlights the gorgeous view you have.  Here are some things that you can do to make the landscape outside shine:

• One of the best ways to bring in natural light is with skylights. This light will add cheeriness to any room and make it feel larger than it actually is. A skylight might be difficult to install if your house already has a roof, but if you’re building a new home or putting on an addition, consider having one installed in your ceiling.

• Large windows are another great way to let in lots of light in a room and give you a better view of the beach. Larger panes of glass that take up your entire wall will look best if they are on the first and second floor, because they can show off more of the sky and beach.
