Right now our shop is fabricating the acoustic stretch ceiling system for the Members Club lounges at The Residences at Palm Beach Gardens: the Ritz-Carlton branded residential tower under construction in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Shop drawings are approved. The deep navy acoustic membrane is in cut and weld. The recessed-lighting layout and the air-conditioning diffuser locations have been resolved so neither breaks the ceiling plane once the room is occupied; every element integrates flush into the membrane.
The bar, lounge and amenity floor are scheduled for installation as soon as the GC closes out adjacent millwork. This is the kind of project we run from drawing review through certificate of occupancy.

Luminous systems are documented to 85% luminous transmittance and CRI ≥ 90 when illuminated with 4000K LED sources, verified through pre-installation mockup with thermographic imaging where the project specifies that level of QC.
Long-term manufacturer-backed warranty on the PVC membrane covering discoloration, seam failure, tension loss, and lighting-integration defects. Warranty commences at certificate of occupancy rather than installation date, accounting for project closeout. Warranty is fully transferable.
