Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Eco Ceiling Systems (“we”, “us”) designs, fabricates, and installs stretch ceilings in South Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you use eco-ceiling.com, contact us, or work with us on a project. It also explains how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

Information we collect

Website forms. Our site has a project form on the Contact page, a quick project form that opens in a pop-up window, and a technical file request form. Depending on the form, we receive:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, company, and role.
  • Your project location, size, type, and timeline, and how you prefer to be contacted.
  • Your message and the name of any file you ask for.
  • Floor plans, measurements, or images you upload on the Contact page.

Calls, texts, and messages. We record calls between you and our team, whether you call our business line or we call you from our phone system, and any voicemail you leave. The recordings are automatically transcribed and summarized so we have notes of our conversations. We keep the recordings, transcripts, and summaries in our customer records system (CRM), with your phone number and the call time and length. If your number is new to us, we may create an inquiry record for it. When you text, email, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and what you write.

Project details form. We may text or email you a link to our project details form at contacts.eco-ceiling.com. It asks for your contact details, project address, and project details, and lets you add photos, videos, or plans. Salesforce hosts the form, and your files go to Google Drive. Google Maps suggests addresses as you type, so Google receives that text.

Site visits and projects. At a site visit we measure your space and take photos. We also keep your estimates, invoices, payment status, and signed agreement. When you sign your agreement online at contacts.eco-ceiling.com, we record your typed name, drawn signature, IP address, and the date and time.

Collected automatically. When you visit, your browser sends your IP address, browser and device type, and the page you are viewing to our website host and the services below. Our analytics and advertising tools also record:

  • Pages you visit, time on page, scrolling, and link clicks.
  • File downloads, video views, site searches, and when you start or send a form.
  • Your approximate location, from your IP address.
  • Whether you came from a Google ad.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry, prepare estimates, and send the files or samples you request.
  • To schedule site visits and installations, and to prepare invoices and agreements.
  • To contact you about your inquiry or project by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email.
  • To keep notes of our conversations and projects.
  • To see how visitors use the site and improve it.
  • To measure which Google ads lead to inquiries and calls, and to show our ads to past visitors.
  • To protect our site and forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send newsletters, marketing emails, or promotional texts.

Who we share information with

CeilEx is a related company in our building (1211 Stirling Rd, Unit 105). We share our customer records system, phone system, and voicemail inbox with CeilEx, so CeilEx staff may see your inquiry, emails, texts, call recordings, voicemails, transcripts, and summaries.

We also use these service providers:

  • Salesforce, our CRM. It stores the records described in this policy and hosts our project details form and agreement signing page.
  • Twilio, which runs our phone line and texting, records calls and voicemails, and transcribes calls.
  • Deepgram, which turns voicemail recordings into transcripts.
  • Anthropic, whose AI tools summarize calls and voicemails and set up inquiry records from emails you send us. They also prepare short notes about a caller for our team, draft email replies that our team reviews, and look up the management office for an installation address.
  • Brevo, which emails website form submissions, including uploaded files, to our team.
  • Google Workspace, for email, calendars, and file storage (Google Drive). We also copy your contact details, including company and address, to our team’s Google Contacts. These sync to our team’s phones so we recognize your call.
  • Intuit QuickBooks, for estimates and invoices. It may email them to you, and online invoice payments are made on its payment page.
  • MagicPlan, the app we use to measure and photograph your space at a site visit. It receives your name, company, project address, and visit date.
  • Google, for analytics, advertising, maps, videos, and spam protection, as described below.
  • Our website host, whose servers receive every page request and form sent on eco-ceiling.com.

We share your name, project address, and job details with the installers who work on your project. If your building has a management office or condo association, we send them your name, the installation address, and our insurance and vendor paperwork to arrange access.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics, added through Google Tag Manager, to see how visitors use this site. Its cookies recognize your browser when you return. We also use Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Google signals. Google signals connects visits across devices and reports general demographics and interests for visitors signed in to Google with ad personalization on. Our Analytics account is linked to Google Ads, so visit and inquiry data can be shared with Google Ads. Google may also use this data for its own purposes. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Our Google Ads tags run on every page. They record when you send a form or click our WhatsApp link, and connect it to any Google ad you clicked. They also add visitors to lists we use to show our ads to past visitors (remarketing). Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the internet. They use cookies to show ads based on your past visits to this website and other websites. We and these vendors use first-party cookies, such as the Google Analytics cookie, together with third-party cookies, such as Google advertising cookies. These cookies help us report on demographics and interests and measure ad results. To opt out, see Your choices below.

Contact details sent to Google. When you send one of our three website forms, including a file request, the email address and name you entered go to Google Ads and Google Analytics. Google uses them to link your request to an ad click and report our ad results (enhanced conversions). Google Analytics may also use them in visitor reports and to choose who sees our ads. Google’s tags may also pick up a phone number or address you type into the form. They are designed to scramble these details into a code (a hash) before sending.

Call tracking. If you arrive from a Google ad, our pages may show a Google forwarding number instead of +1 (954) 398-5888. To choose the number, each page sends Google your ad click ID and the page that sent you here. Calls to the forwarding number pass through Google to our business line, where we record them like our other calls. Google reports call details to us, such as the caller’s phone number, the call time and length, and whether it was answered. Depending on our Google Ads settings, Google may also record these calls and play a short message at the start. If it does, we can play the recording, and Google reviews it with automated tools for lead quality, spam, and fraud.

reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA on every page to protect our site and forms from spam, fraud, and abuse. It collects information about your device, your browser, and how you use the page, to tell people from automated programs. Google processes this information for us, only to provide and maintain the reCAPTCHA service, and does not use it for personalized advertising. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA.

Videos, maps, and other embedded content

When embedded content loads, the company that provides it receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies.

  • YouTube (owned by Google) videos on our home page, installation page, and some blog posts, shown with YouTube API Services. YouTube serves these videos and may show ads in them. The standard player we use sets cookies when it loads, even if you do not press play, and Google may use your viewing to personalize YouTube and its ads. The YouTube Terms of Service apply.
  • Google Maps on our Contact page.
  • Pinterest in one blog post.

See the Google Privacy Policy and the Pinterest Privacy Policy.

Text messages

We text people only about their inquiry or project. For example, we may:

  • Reply to your texts.
  • Confirm or remind you of a site visit.
  • Send a link to our project details form.
  • Send your invoice with a payment link, or a link to sign your agreement.
  • Text after a missed call to ask how we can help.

We never send promotional texts.

Eco Ceiling Systems sends these texts from +1 (954) 398-5888, to the number you gave us or used to call or text us. Twilio delivers them, and we keep a copy of each text we send and receive in our CRM.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. For help, you can also email sales@eco-ceiling.com or call +1 (954) 398-5888.

We do not sell your mobile phone number. We do not share it, or your text messaging consent, with third parties, affiliates (including CeilEx), or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. A phone number you type into a website form may reach Google in coded form, as described in the Google Analytics and Google Ads section.

Our Terms & Conditions also describe our text messages.

Cookies and browser storage

The server that runs our main website sets no cookies while you browse. The main cookies and browser storage come from the tools described above:

  • Google Analytics: _ga and cookies starting with _ga_, which can last up to 2 years.
  • Google Ads: _gcl_au on every visit, _gcl_aw and _gcl_ls after an ad click, and possibly advertising cookies on Google’s own sites.
  • Google call tracking: a browser storage entry that remembers which phone number to show you, kept for about three hours, and possibly a gwcc cookie.
  • reCAPTCHA: a necessary cookie named _GRECAPTCHA, and _grecaptcha storage.
  • YouTube: cookies the YouTube player sets when a video loads, even if you do not press play.
  • Project details form: two Salesforce cookies that store cookie preferences for up to one year.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and still browse the site. This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiries, emails, texts, call recordings, voicemails, transcripts, summaries, uploaded files, photos, and project records to serve your project and answer later questions. We do not currently delete them on a fixed schedule. Copies in our team’s Google Contacts are removed when your inquiry record is deleted. Google keeps its data under its own policies and our account settings.

Sensitive information

No system is completely secure. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive details through our forms, texts, or email.
