These terms apply to eco-ceiling.com and to our pages at contacts.eco-ceiling.com, such as our project details form (together, “the site”). They also apply to the text messages we send you. The site is run by Eco Ceiling Systems (“we”, “us”), a South Florida company that designs, fabricates and installs stretch ceilings. By using the site or sending us a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use the information you send us.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our work, contact us, and download or request technical files. When you use it, please:

  • Use your own contact details, and make sure they are correct, when you send us a form.
  • Only upload files, such as floor plans, photos or videos, that you have the right to share.
  • Do not send spam, harmful files, or anything unlawful through our forms.
  • Do not try to disrupt the site or get into parts of it that are not public.

Information on the site

The information on the site is general. It is not a quote, and it is not professional advice for your specific project.

  • Photos and renderings show examples of our work and design ideas. Your finished ceiling may look different, depending on your space, materials, colors and lighting.
  • Product details, specifications, colors and availability can change without notice.
  • We work to keep the site accurate, but it may contain errors or out-of-date information. If a detail matters for your project, confirm it with us in writing.

Prices and projects

Prices, budgets or ranges mentioned on the site, by phone or in conversation are a general guide, not a quote or an offer.

Any work or materials we provide are covered by a separate written document, such as a signed installation agreement or an invoice. That document, together with any written warranty statement we give you, sets the scope, price, payment and warranty. The site does not. If that document and these terms differ, that document controls.

Technical files and drawings

We share profile drawings, system drawings, specifications, certificates and similar files (“technical files”) so architects, designers, contractors and installers can design and specify our systems.

  • You may use technical files to design and specify our systems, including in your drawings, specifications and submittals.
  • Please do not sell technical files. Unless we agree in writing, do not present them as your own or another company’s product information.
  • Technical files are provided as is, for reference. Check dimensions, details and suitability against the actual conditions and requirements of your project.
  • Files can be updated. Ask us for the current version before you finalize a design.
  • Certificates and test reports apply only to the products and dates stated on them.

Our content

Most of the text, photos, videos, drawings and logos on the site belong to Eco Ceiling Systems. Some belong to others, such as some embedded videos, a Pinterest post, an architect’s rendering, and product and fabric brand names and logos.

You may view the site, share links to it, and save or print pages for your own reference. Do not copy or reuse our photos, text or logos on other websites, in ads, or for other business use without our written permission. Technical files are the exception, as described above.

Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube pages and WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

YouTube videos and Google Maps

Some pages show YouTube videos, using YouTube API Services. By using the site, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our Contact page and our project details form include Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the current Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Limits on our responsibility

We provide the site, and the general information and files on it, as is. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its general information. This section applies only to the site. It does not limit our duties under a written agreement with you. It also does not limit any right you have that, by law, cannot be limited.

Text messages

Program name: Eco Ceiling Systems project texts.

We text people only about their inquiry or project. Our texts can include:

  • Replies to your questions and updates about your inquiry or project.
  • Site-visit confirmations and reminders.
  • A text when we miss your call or you call after hours, asking how we can help.
  • A link to our project details form.
  • A link to review and sign your installation agreement.
  • Your invoice, with a link to pay online.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number and messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date. The version posted when you use the site applies.
