Stretch Ceilings for Condos in South Florida

A stretch ceiling is a thin membrane fixed into a slim aluminum track along the walls, just below your existing ceiling. In a condo it covers a concrete slab, an old popcorn ceiling or exposed conduit without demolition. Most rooms are installed in a single day, and your furniture stays in place. Questions condo owners ask

Can you cover a popcorn ceiling?

Yes. The membrane is installed below the old ceiling, so the popcorn is covered, not removed. More in How to cover popcorn ceilings.

How long does it take?

Most rooms are installed in a single day. A full condo takes longer; you get the schedule together with the quote.

What happens to the sprinklers and smoke detectors?

They stay where they are. Each one comes through the membrane in its own ring, and the ceiling is fitted around it.

Which finishes can I choose?

Is it safe, and is there a warranty?

Our membranes are ASTM E84 tested, per finish. The membrane has a 10-year warranty.

What does it cost?
